What we offer!
Enamel Copper Wire and Enamel Aluminium Wires
Enamel Aluminum or Copper Wires (also known as Magnetic Wires) are used in Automobile, Motor Winding and Transformer Industries. These magnetic wires are also used in Inductors, Speakers and Electromagnets. NCCPL uses Electrolytic Tough Pitch Grade Copper obtained from reputed sources in Enamel Industry to give the right specifications and quality of insulation.
Varnish Bonded Fibre Glass Covered Wire
NCCPL manufacturers copper and aluminium insulation products as varnish bonded fibre glass covered wires and strips. Fibre glass or daglas lapped conductors (bare or enamelled) are very suitable for windings of electric motor stators, generators, special transformers and high voltage motors. In general this insulation can be applied where high mechanical strength and high insulation properties are required. It exhibits a very high degree of mechanical and thermal stability.
Bare Copper Wires
and Strips
NCCPL offers a broad range of bare copper wires and strips used for winding purposes for making different types of cables and bus bars in the switchgear industry. Our bare copper wires and strips have a minimum purity of 99.97% (ETP grade) ranging from 0.20 - 8 mms. We take utmost care about the finishing and quality of all our products as the bare conductors are the core of any covered conductors.
Paper Covered Copper and Aluminium Conductors
We apply three different types of insulation on copper and aluminium conductors - Electric grade krafting paper, super combed cotton yarn and nomex type insulation. We provide insulation thickness of upto 5 mm over the copper and aluminium conductors.

NCCPL offers a range of bare wires which have been specially engineered and manufactured as per the needs and requirements of the customers. The pure electrolytic-grade copper used in the manufacturing of our products meets all the industry standards.
PVC Insulated Wire
and Cables
NCCPL offers an exclusive range of PVC insulated wires, control cables, power cables, special cables and electrical power cables for use across various domains. Our facilities can manufacture both armoured and flat cables. We also specialize in FRLS Fire Retardant Low Smoke Power Cables.
